Description

As an Architect at BRPH, you will perform complex architectural tasks, lead project coordination, and mentor junior staff while working on diverse projects across aerospace, defense, and commercial markets. You'll handle construction documents, specifications, and site visits in a collaborative, employee-owned environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited program
• Eight years of architecture experience
• Licensed Registered Architect (passed exam)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks or BIM 360
• Knowledge of sustainable design strategies and contractual delivery methods

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction specifications, reports, cost estimates, and permits
• Perform life safety and code analysis, prepare life safety plans
• Coordinate with disciplines and resolve design conflicts
• Visit construction sites for review, monitoring, and administration duties
• Supervise and mentor junior staff to ensure documentation quality
