You'll own end-to-end recruitment for AI research roles at an open-source superintelligence startup. You'll build world-class teams by sourcing elite talent from the research community and closing top candidates. This role offers a chance to help define the frontier of open foundational models.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source elite research talent through conferences and technical networks
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles
• Navigate competitive offer negotiations to close top candidates

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting with AI/ML research specialization
• Experience recruiting at or for frontier AI labs
• Proven ability to identify and close research talent before they hit the broader market
• Deep understanding of AI research landscape and academic career paths
