Responsibilities

  • Serve as trusted adviser to managers, building relationships and delivering tailored HR solutions
  • Lead complex employee relations matters globally (performance, restructures, investigations)
  • Coach managers on performance issues, difficult conversations, and decision-making
  • Project manage firmwide annual performance review cycle
  • Oversee global HR transactional processes including employee transitions and offboarding
