Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted adviser to managers, building relationships and delivering tailored HR solutions
- Lead complex employee relations matters globally (performance, restructures, investigations)
- Coach managers on performance issues, difficult conversations, and decision-making
- Project manage firmwide annual performance review cycle
- Oversee global HR transactional processes including employee transitions and offboarding
