Description

You will own and execute daily contracting workflows, managing SOW creation, pipeline tracking, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Legal, and Client Services to ensure efficient deal progression.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in operations, contracting support, or related role
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage high volume of concurrent requests independently
• Experience with CRM and ticketing systems (HubSpot preferred)
• Exposure to business contracts, SOWs, or deal desk workflows

Responsibilities

• Independently create Statements of Work (SOWs) from approved templates
• Review SOWs for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with deal terms
• Manage SOW revisions and escalate exceptions as needed
• Maintain HubSpot contracting pipeline and ensure data accuracy
• Support contract-related reporting, audits, and process documentation
