🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap in alignment with executive leadership.
• Lead and develop a small senior product team.

📋 Requirements

• Domain experience in energy systems (utility-scale storage, grid operations, or asset management).
• Proven experience building or managing analytics-driven products with data pipelines.
• Ability to engage with highly technical stakeholders (engineers, operators, commercial leads).
• 5+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in product leadership.
