You'll lead and grow the used car department at a high-volume franchise dealership. You'll drive inventory management, appraisals, and team performance to meet monthly goals. This role offers the chance to work with Mercedes-Benz or Highline brands in a customer-focused environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage pre-owned car inventory and reconditioning
• Supervise sales staff and take over deals (T/O's)
• Appraise trade-ins accurately
• Oversee lot, advertising, and delivery processes

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years as a Used Car Manager at a high-volume franchise dealership
• Experience with dealer solutions like vAuto
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
