You'll lead promoter agency relationships and develop nationwide demand generation strategies for a mission-first credit provider. You'll drive customer engagement and sales growth through strategic deployment and performance reviews. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee promoter agency relationships and adherence to brand standards.
• Develop and implement promoter deployment plans and targets.
• Conduct weekly reviews of targets to assess progress and adjust strategies.
• Provide regular reports on promoter initiative performance and ROI.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years track record managing promoter agencies with 500+ promoters
• Experience leading a field & training team with data-driven approach
• Exceptional communication in English and Indonesian
• Willing to work on-site in Jakarta
