You'll build and scale Neko Health's global financial control environment during rapid international expansion. Your work will strengthen the financial backbone by establishing a robust accounting framework and SOX-ready compliance. This role combines deep technical accounting expertise with the opportunity to build processes, systems, and teams supporting a fast-scaling healthcare technology organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish scalable group financial control framework
• Strengthen internal controls for SOX readiness
• Standardize global accounting policies and reporting
• Improve month-end close process and audit readiness

📋 Requirements

• 12–18+ years of progressive accounting and financial control experience
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
• IFRS and complex technical accounting expertise
• Experience building or scaling finance functions in high-growth environments

✨ Nice to Have

• SOX compliance or IPO readiness experience
• Background in healthcare, medtech, SaaS, or AI
• Big 4 training or equivalent
