💼 About This Role

You'll manage rollouts of Benchling's AI platform for biotech R&D, working with scientists to transform their workflows. You'll lead customer implementations from kickoff to go-live, ensuring on-time, high-quality deployments. This role offers direct impact on accelerating drug discovery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage initial rollouts and expansion projects for Benchling customers
• Own implementation success from kickoff to go-live
• Build and execute detailed project plans and deliverables
• Lead requirements workshops and configure the Benchling platform

📋 Requirements

• MS or Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field
• At least 2 years experience in an R&D lab setting
• Software implementation experience with a SaaS company
• Ability to travel up to 25% based on project needs

• Experience using Benchling as an administrator
• Background in antibody discovery or strain engineering
• Experience with biopharma customers
