You'll deliver targeted small group instruction to K–3 and grades 6–8 scholars in literacy and math. You'll close learning gaps and build readiness for the upcoming school year. This role offers temporary summer work with potential for future leadership opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver targeted small group instruction to 5–10 scholars in literacy or math.
• Use diagnostic data to plan and adjust instruction daily.
• Track and monitor scholar progress weekly.
• Build strong relationships to increase motivation and confidence.

📋 Requirements

• NJ Certification required.
• Current teacher or experience working with grades 6–12.
• Strong understanding of foundational literacy or math instruction.
• Experience with small group or intervention instruction.

• Experience with structured literacy or Science of Reading practices.
• Familiarity with intervention programs and tools.
• Demonstrated success in accelerating student achievement.
