Description

You will design and operate the GTM processes, metrics, and rhythms that drive predictable bookings, retention, and expansion. You'll own pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and stage consistency, partnering with functional leaders to improve execution quality across the full customer lifecycle.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or related field
• Hands-on expertise with CRM, BI tools, and revenue data modeling
• Proven ability to drive forecast accuracy, pipeline predictability, and GTM execution
• Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into actionable insights
• Experience building and scaling RevOps tech stack and automation
