💼 About This Role

You'll act as the bridge between partner business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring a smooth client onboarding experience. You'll own eligibility file setup and lead cross-functional teams to optimize member workflows. This role is critical for delivering high-quality implementations at a leading telenutrition platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own client eligibility file setup and ongoing monitoring
• Lead QA processes ensuring accurate and on-time launches
• Document client business requirements and serve as liaison
• Identify and escalate risks to successful implementation

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in analytics, implementation, or operations in healthcare services
• Working knowledge of eligibility file ETLs and healthcare formats like 834 or HL7
• Working knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Working knowledge of SSO technologies such as SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0

• Experience in a startup or small company environment
• Understanding of telehealth and nutrition spaces
• Master's degree in Science, Technology, or Operations
