💼 About This Role

You'll be the Tech Lead for a co-located team in Mexico City, owning the Supply Chain product module. You'll drive the team's product and architecture vision while partnering with peer tech leads globally. This role offers the unique chance to bootstrap a new office and set engineering culture from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a co-located team of 4-8 engineers building the Supply Chain module
• Partner with Engineering Manager, Product Manager, and Designer on vision
• Collaborate with peer tech leads in US and UK on standards and roadmaps
• Write performant, well-tested, maintainable code across the stack

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years building products with Javascript/Typescript or similar language
• 2+ years of experience leading teams or projects
• Experience building enterprise products
• Experience in multi-national distributed engineering organization

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Data-centric applications and Python
• Experience with Continuous deployment
• Familiarity with GCP, Postgres, Temporal, or DuckDB
