๐ผ About This Role
You'll support a high-quality employee experience across Allied, handling onboarding, benefits, and day-to-day HR operations. You'll manage HR data, coordinate onboarding, and provide employee support while gaining hands-on exposure to core HR functions. This role reports to the Director, People and offers the chance to work with an experienced Talent team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation and training programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR matters.
- Organize, maintain and update HRIS and employee files.
- Track and report on key HR metrics.
๐ Requirements
- Post-secondary education in human resources or related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in HR or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Fluency in French and English.

- Experience with ADP Workforce Now HRIS.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
