💼 About This Role

You'll oversee customer implementations and ensure rapid time-to-value for Braze clients. You'll manage end-to-end program delivery for fixed-length professional services. This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Architects.

• Project manage a portfolio of customer implementations
• Monitor project progress and address roadblocks
• Deliver training and enablement sessions to customers
• Document customer stakeholder roles for transition

📋 Requirements

• Project management experience in a customer-facing role
• 3-5 years in professional services or implementation
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management
