💼 About This Role

You'll support the performance and reliability of building systems at The Well, a major mixed-use property in Toronto. You'll perform preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure efficient, safe operations. This role offers the chance to join a newly built, innovative team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with departments for efficient building operations.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and service requests promptly.
• Perform minor maintenance: carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing.
• Conduct and document preventative maintenance tasks.

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of experience in building operations or maintenance.
• Hands-on knowledge of general maintenance and building systems.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act and Fire Code.
• Ability to work at heights and use booms/lifts (asset).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Yardi/Angus Anywhere work order system.
• First Aid and CPR training.
• Knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code.
