🎯 What You'll Do

  • Drive new business by onboarding game studios, publishers, and brands.
  • Consult with partners to translate goals into actionable advertising strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign success including setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Analyze data to measure effectiveness and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine advertising solutions and share market feedback.

📋 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or account management in ad tech/digital media.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystem including programmatic buying and performance marketing.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills to connect insights to business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to influence stakeholders.

  • Experience working with gaming or entertainment brands.
  • Familiarity with mobile advertising, attribution models, and UA strategies.
  • Understanding of ad tech tools like SSPs, DSPs, and measurement platforms.
