🎯 What You'll Do
- Drive new business by onboarding game studios, publishers, and brands.
- Consult with partners to translate goals into actionable advertising strategies.
- Manage end-to-end campaign success including setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Analyze data to measure effectiveness and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine advertising solutions and share market feedback.
📋 Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or account management in ad tech/digital media.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystem including programmatic buying and performance marketing.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills to connect insights to business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to influence stakeholders.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience working with gaming or entertainment brands.
- Familiarity with mobile advertising, attribution models, and UA strategies.
- Understanding of ad tech tools like SSPs, DSPs, and measurement platforms.
