💼 About This Role

You'll foster relationships with client accounts in the Banking & Insurance vertical, coordinating with internal teams to ensure service agreements are met. Your core impact is driving revenue growth and client satisfaction through value-added solutions. This role offers the chance to influence how clients leverage data and analytics for business decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as single post-sales support contact for customers
• Coordinate with Delivery, Onboarding, Implementation, and Customer Service teams
• Conduct Customer Value Touchpoints to document use cases and KPIs
• Identify and facilitate customer training needs for portfolio clients

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales, client service, or account management
• Proficient in SFDC, KPI, and BI Portal
• Strong knowledge of enterprise product line related to business unit solutions
• Ability to engage with CFO, CPO, CCO, and CMO personas

• Master's degree and certifications
• 3-5 years of project management experience
