💼 About This Role

You'll lead operational security for a rapidly scaling fintech company in the DRC, protecting people, assets, and cash flows while enabling growth. You'll integrate security into cash movement and agent network design, ensuring resilience in a high-risk environment. This role offers the chance to shape security frameworks from scratch in a mission-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain a security risk management framework aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor cash exposure levels and operational risk indicators across the network.
• Manage physical security systems and in-house security staff training.
• Lead investigations into embezzlement, theft, or cash discrepancies.

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record in operational security within Fintech, NGO, or Multinationals.
• Strong understanding of field operations, cash management, and agent networks.
• In-depth knowledge of the security landscape in DRC and a strong local network.
• Fluent in French and English; Lingala strongly preferred.
