🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise on commercial, product, and privacy legal matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS and vendor agreements
• Provide practical legal guidance on consumer lending and digital financial services
• Develop contract templates, policies, and negotiation guides

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of legal experience in financial services or fintech
• Strong background in commercial contracts drafting and negotiation
• Experience with regulated products and translating legal requirements into business advice
• Privacy and data protection legal experience, including use, consent, and vendor arrangements

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI governance and emerging technology legal issues
• Professional proficiency in both French and English (required for this role, but listed as nice-to-have in context)
• Member of a Canadian provincial bar or Chambre des notaires du Québec
