Description

You will lead the Environmental Test Lab, overseeing day-to-day operations, scheduling, and execution of spacecraft testing. You'll manage and develop a team of test technicians, drive process improvements to scale throughput for next-generation satellites, and ensure safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years testing electronics, electro-mechanical assemblies, or integrated systems
• 3+ years leading technicians in fast-paced test/production environment
• Demonstrated ownership of lab operations including scheduling and equipment utilization
• Strong understanding of thermal, thermal vacuum, and vibration testing
• Willingness to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day test lab operations for 24/7 campaigns
• Lead and develop the test technician team
• Own test scheduling and execution aligned with program priorities
• Drive test execution quality through procedures and training
• Oversee operation, maintenance, and calibration of environmental test equipment
