You'll lead a night shift warehouse team in a strategic operations role. Your core impact will be coaching, structuring, and empowering a young team in a newly created shift. You'll be supported by a strong general manager with deep operational expertise.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and prioritize daily receiving and shipping operations
• Mobilize, coach, and train unionized team members
• Act as communication relay between day and night shifts
• Ensure inventory accuracy and promote health and safety culture

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant warehouse experience with staff management
• Strong managerial courage and problem-solving in demanding environments
• Comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer warehouse (-20°C)

• Forklift certification (cariste)
• Bilingual and proficient in WMS systems
