You'll shape the strategy of Preply's Product Growth end-to-end, from attracting new users to expanding value. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define long-term vision for Product Growth Analytics
• Develop deep understanding of tutor–learner dynamics
• Champion cross-functional analytics initiatives
• Establish robust measurement frameworks for product impact

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership experience in Analytics or Data Science
• 4+ years of hands-on Senior IC experience
• Deep experience with experimentation (A/B testing)
• Hands-on expertise in advanced analytics and SQL/Python/R

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience in Marketplaces or digital businesses
• Previous experience in subscription-based business or product growth
