🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer and optimize DevOps and ALM tools (Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Perforce).
• Provide technical support and perform root cause analysis for CI/CD platforms.
• Manage system configurations, upgrades, backups, and security controls.
• Define governance standards and improve workflows and integrations.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting or administering DevOps or ALM tools.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, GitLab, or Perforce.
• Strong knowledge of Linux administration and shell scripting.

• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of networking concepts (TLS, proxies, firewalls).
