Description

You will develop processes and strategies to ensure large projects for Medical Benefits function smoothly. You'll manage onboarding and oversight of new and existing projects, coordinate with stakeholders across external partners, state agencies, and internal teams, and use data to recommend process changes that enhance efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage new and existing projects related to Medical Carrier Benefits, including documentation, arbitration, recertification, annual reviews, licensing renewals, regulatory filings, and testing notices
• Analyze and evaluate processes to implement solutions for manual procedures
• Communicate across departments to recommend process improvements for operational efficiency
• Collaborate with government agencies, employer groups, and individuals to gather insights on industry challenges and requirements
• Ensure compliance with regulations and keep up to date with employment security laws and policies
