You'll support people operations and initiatives across the full employee lifecycle at Fresha, the AI-powered OS for beauty and wellness. You'll drive culture-forward initiatives and improve processes in a fast-paced, global environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day People operations including onboarding and off-boarding.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee queries on People topics.
• Drive culture initiatives, internal events, and global programs.
• Create and maintain people resources like manager toolkits and guides.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a People/HR generalist role.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and HRIS like HiBob.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
