🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and analyze A/B tests across the full customer journey
• Build and manage an experimentation roadmap based on business impact
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and analysts on testing initiatives
• Use analytics to identify optimization opportunities improving conversion and retention

📋 Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization or growth marketing
• Proven success designing experiments that delivered measurable business outcomes
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Amplitude, or Power BI
• Familiarity with A/B testing platforms like Convert and tools like Hotjar
