💼 About This Role

You'll join Carta's Developer Experience team to build AI-native developer tooling and architect CI/CD pipelines that accelerate software delivery. Your work will directly enable Carta's company-wide bet on AI-assisted development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build MCP servers, agents, and plugin infrastructure for AI-native development
• Design and ship agents for specific developer problems across SDLC
• Architect and drive CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and architectural guidance

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in platform, backend, or fullstack engineering
• Shipped production LLM systems (MCP servers/clients, AI agents)
• Strong platform mindset with API and developer ergonomics focus
• Proficiency in Python or Java and CI/CD tooling

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with secrets management tooling (Vault, Cloudsmith)
• Security awareness in developer tooling
