You'll define the future of Moloco's Commerce Media experience, shaping the product vision for enterprise retailers using our AI-powered advertising platform. You'll drive customer impact through creating new data-heavy workflows and leading design across complex B2B surfaces. This role offers the chance to mentor designers and raise the design quality bar on a planet-scale machine learning platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and deliver experience vision for strategic product area
• Own end-to-end design for complex, ambiguous initiatives
• Use prototyping to bring interactions and workflows to life early
• Set design quality bar and drive adoption of new patterns and components

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional product design experience
• Track record of delivering complex B2B experiences at scale
• Strong interaction and visual design foundation
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills
