💼 About This Role

You'll work side by side with GTM teams to use Endgame's AI platform and deliver measurable impact. You'll own initial configuration and onboarding, building with customers to maximize value. This is a technical and business role for someone who loves translating customer needs into working systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Pair with sales to technically align Endgame with their systems.
• Run a build → pilot → GA loop for every customer use case.
• Drive adoption end-to-end, from champion enablement to metrics.
• Be the technical voice in security and architecture reviews.
• Sit in R&D syncs and shape product direction from customer reality.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in production software engineering.
• Comfortable in a Python or TypeScript codebase.
• Hands-on with LLMs in production: agentic patterns, MCP, RAG.
• Prior customer-facing engineering experience (FDE, solutions architect, etc.).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with data engineering pipelines.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
