You will own the full sales cycle for new logo acquisition, targeting strategic accounts and driving complex, consultative sales motions. Partner with BDRs to generate pipeline, engage executive stakeholders, and consistently deliver against revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years quota-carrying sales experience with consistent attainment
  • 3-4+ years outbound sales experience
  • Proven success in consultative value-driven sales with complex deal cycles
  • Ability to engage and influence senior leaders
  • Strong ownership, urgency, and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle outbound sales motion for new logo acquisition
  • Expand top of funnel through strategic self-sourced outbound prospecting
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Lead complex consultative sales conversations
  • Forecast accurately and maintain healthy pipeline coverage
