💼 About This Role

You'll develop and maintain bottom-up cost models for wind, solar, and storage assets, enabling data-driven decisions across Clearway's renewable portfolio. Your work will directly support forecasting and benchmarking to optimize operational performance. This role offers exposure to cross-functional teams in a leading clean energy company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop bottom-up cost estimating models for wind, solar, and storage assets.
• Use statistical tools to model maintenance spend and equipment risk.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate O&M cost assumptions.
• Analyze historical O&M costs to identify trends and efficiency opportunities.
• Build Power BI dashboards to visualize model inputs and outputs.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in renewable energy, power generation, or infrastructure.
• Understanding of renewable energy plant operations (solar, wind, or BESS).
• Experience in operations support developing creative solutions to challenges.

• Familiarity with lifecycle cost analysis and predictive maintenance modeling.
• Experience with large datasets or forecasting tools.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python.
