You'll lead Instacart's in-house creative agency, driving high-converting creative across paid and owned channels. This role blends compelling storytelling with data-driven strategy to create work that resonates and converts, while architecting scalable systems and integrating AI to transform creative production.
Requirements
- 10+ years leading creative teams in performance marketing, growth, or digital advertising
- 5+ years managing multi-disciplinary teams at scale
- Proven experience building and scaling large in-house creative organizations for high-volume advertising
- Deep understanding of performance creative dynamics across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Search, CRM, In-App
- Strong track record of integrating AI tools and automation into creative production
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a world-class creative team across performance design and copy
- Own performance creative direction across Paid and CRM channels
- Drive AI-led transformation and integrate automation into creative workflow
- Architect workflows, pipelines, and systems for high-volume ad production
- Partner with Growth leadership to align creative strategy with media and analytics
