Description

You will lead agile software development teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. You'll leverage Scrum expertise to coach teams, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement while managing stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager in an agile software development environment.
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with deep understanding of Scrum methodologies and practices.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering software projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage delivery of software projects aligning with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Define project scope, timelines, and resources, track progress, and manage risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery processes and outcomes.
• Guide and coach development teams on Scrum principles, practices, and values.
• Facilitate Scrum events: sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments hindering team progress and productivity.
• Foster a self-organizing and high-performing team environment.
• Promote continuous learning and improvement within the team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and practices.
• Implement and promote best practices in agile software development.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of the organization's agile framework.
