You will provide vision, strategic management, and leadership to implement effective fundraising operations for MSF USA, leading a 90+ person department to raise over $800 million annually. You'll strengthen major and legacy giving while sustaining direct response and digital philanthropy, and foster collaboration with global MSF sections.

• Model diplomacy in balancing local and global fundraising priorities
• Promote a culture of philanthropy across the organization
