You'll shape and execute the AI vision for a rapidly evolving SaaS environment, building scalable systems that transform business operations. You'll lead the development of AI agents, LLM-powered systems, and automation frameworks while remaining hands-on in production-ready solutions.

• Design and evolve scalable AI systems including LLMs, agents, and RAG.
• Build production-ready AI solutions integrated into operational processes.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define AI strategy.
• Lead hands-on coding, system design, and implementation.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing AI engineering team.

📋 Requirements

• Staff/Principal Engineer or similar senior leadership role in AI.
• Strong expertise in backend architecture, distributed systems, and cloud.
• Deep hands-on experience with LLM orchestration, AI agents, and RAG.
• Fluency in both English and German.
