You'll act as a strategic partner for global pharma clients, ensuring successful adoption of the eWizard SaaS platform and additional services. You'll drive customer satisfaction and digital transformation through consultative guidance. This role offers the chance to work with a leading MarTech company in a fully remote setup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as a strategic partner to clients during digital transformation
• Advise on full portfolio of Viseven products and services
• Coordinate initiatives across internal teams for project success
• Monitor KPIs and identify upsell opportunities

📋 Requirements

• Experience in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS
• Strong project management skills with cross-team coordination
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
