Description

As VP of Finance, you will partner with the CFO and executive team to lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting, driving strategic decisions and scaling the finance organization in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related (MBA/CPA plus)
• 10+ years progressive finance experience, including leadership in high-growth SaaS
• Proven track record scaling FP&A and business partnering functions
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and revenue recognition
• Expert proficiency in financial modeling and tools (Excel, Salesforce, NetSuite, Adaptive/Anaplan)

Responsibilities

• Partner with CFO to lead financial planning, analysis, and budgeting
• Deliver financial insights to support executive decision-making
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
• Drive operational efficiency through process improvements and automation
• Own board reporting and support investor relations
