You'll lead strategic alliance governance for a fast-growing radiopharmaceutical company, ensuring operational excellence across global partnerships. Your work will directly support the international roll-out of a prostate cancer imaging agent and advance a portfolio of late-stage oncology products. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management of contractual obligations and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate Joint Steering Committees and cross-functional working groups.
• Standardize workflows and implement best practices across alliances.
• Manage contract obligations, milestones, and reporting requirements.
• Produce dashboards, KPIs, and reports for executive decision-making.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years post-educational experience in pharma, biotech, or life sciences.
• 5+ years managing large, complex projects or partnerships.
• Advanced degree (B.S., M.S., Ph.D., or MBA) in a scientific discipline.
• Direct alliance management or project/operations management experience.
