💼 About This Role

You'll join Felix's creative team to coordinate production workflows for performance marketing content. You'll manage creator rosters, negotiate rates, and oversee project plans from ideation to launch. This role is fully remote with high impact at a fast-growing health-tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain a vetted roster of creators and production partners
• Orchestrate weekly project plans and daily schedules
• Negotiate rates, issue SOWs, and track POs/invoices
• Translate creative briefs into shot lists, call sheets, and timelines

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years in creative project management, production, or operations
• Proven track record of improving creative processes in a growth-stage environment
• Experience in performance marketing industry
• Strong project management and communication skills
