💼 About This Role

You'll lead channel data bulk egress strategy for Twilio's Email and Messaging channels. You'll drive platform maturity and improve customer logs and analytics experiences. This is a platform product role with little front-end development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Become subject matter expert on traffic logs and analytics use cases
• Develop hypotheses and execute rigorous customer problem research
• Use financial and engineering context to size opportunities
• Lead product requirements, program milestones, and launch planning
• Collaborate with adjacent product managers across data domain

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in product management
• Proven ability to work backwards from customer needs
• Strong understanding of B2B and enterprise operations
• Technical skills: experience in APIs or platform products

• Experience building and scaling products or businesses
• Advanced degree: MBA or Master’s in CS
