Description

You will own the global payroll process for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance while driving automation improvements. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to process payroll and support year-end activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 8+ years payroll experience with at least 5-6 years supporting global payroll
• Extensive knowledge of multi-state payroll, tax compliance, and internal controls
• Experience with UKG Pro or similar payroll applications
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Own timely and accurate payroll process for U.S., Canada, and other countries
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, federal, and international laws
• Review payroll registers, reports, and coordinate payroll funding with Accounting
• Perform off-cycle payroll runs and prepare payroll journal entries
• Identify and implement automation and efficiency improvements in payroll processes
