💼 About This Role

You'll own the research function and directly shape product strategy, working closely with the Founder and VP of Product. Your insights will ensure every major decision is grounded in deep customer insight, and you'll have a seat at the table to influence the roadmap. You'll build the research practice from scratch, using AI-native workflows to move faster and go deeper.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build the research practice from the ground up, including methodology and tooling.
• Lead interviews, surveys, diary studies, and in-context observation.
• Test new features, refine UX, and pressure-test product bets before launch.
• Transform complex signals into sharp, opinionated recommendations for leadership.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years running product or UX research that influenced business decisions.
• Deep grounding in research best practices (diary studies, surveys, non-leading questions).
• AI-native workflow using Claude or equivalent agentic research tooling.
• Sharp data judgment to distill complex findings into compelling narratives.
