🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of 13 digital experience professionals.
• Oversee nearshore development contractors for quality and scalability.
• Define website and digital experience strategy across platforms and clients.
• Drive technical architecture decisions across CMS platforms.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in web development or digital experience roles within an agency environment.
• 4+ years leading engineering or digital experience teams.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Salesforce, or Magento.
• Strong technical background in development and systems architecture.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CRO and experimentation frameworks.
• Familiarity with SEO and paid media integrations.
• Experience managing distributed or nearshore teams.
