Description

You will lead a global, complex migration to S/4HANA, orchestrating the SD functional team in a high-pressure environment. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure smooth global integration, and drive the end-to-end migration lifecycle while adopting best practices. This role combines deep SAP SD technical knowledge with leadership in stakeholder management and landscape complexity.

Requirements

• 10+ years SAP ecosystem experience, strong focus on SD module
• At least 2 full-cycle, large-scale/global S/4HANA migrations (Brownfield, Greenfield, or Selective Data Transition)
• Deep experience in Manufacturing, specifically Construction Materials or Mining
• Strong understanding of SD integration with supply chain, logistics, and heavy asset operations
• Ability to define functional specs for ABAP developments and review testing

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end S/4HANA migration lifecycle
• Manage SD configuration and integration teams (BTP)
• Communicate effectively with C-level executives and local site leaders
• Synchronize global templates with local requirements
• Ensure adoption of best practices while managing legacy technical debt
