💼 About This Role

You'll join a mission-driven mental health startup to provide remote psychiatric care. You'll conduct assessments, manage medications, and collaborate with a clinician-led team to improve outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct 60-minute psychiatric assessments and 30-minute follow-ups remotely
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications including controlled substances
• Integrate brief psychotherapy when clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with therapists and physicians on integrated care plans

📋 Requirements

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC
• Active Maryland PMHNP license
• 2+ years experience as a PMHNP
• Active DEA license in Maryland

✨ Nice to Have

• Licensed in Virginia and Washington DC
• Experience with remote telepsychiatry
• Interest in measurement-based care
