You will work on scaling self-supervised learning models across hundreds of GPUs, experiment with model optimization techniques, and develop new AI features for speech recognition and text-to-speech at Speechmatics.

Responsibilities
- Scale self-supervised learning models across hundreds of GPUs in the cloud
- Experiment with distillation or quantization to speed up models at runtime
- Compare compute efficiencies of architectures like transformers and impact on WER
- Develop new state-of-the-art AI features from training to production
- Advance end-to-end speech models and research new TTS approaches
