💼 About This Role

You'll be in the heart of the action from day one, supporting the team and comforting pet parents in a veterinary emergency hospital. You'll learn triage, treatments, and patient care while growing into advanced responsibilities. This role offers guided training pathways and certification in CPR.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Triage incoming patients and guide them toward care
• Assist with treatments, nursing care, and diagnostics
• Set up and monitor anesthesia and sedation cases
• Manage IV fluids, blood transfusions, and medication administration

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years in a veterinary assistant role
• Basic computer skills and understanding of practice management software
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg and support up to 40 kg with assistance

• Enrolled in an AVMA-accredited veterinary technology program
• Emergency or specialty experience
