Description

You will act as a liaison between venue and artist, managing contract negotiations and show settlements. You'll oversee the venue calendar, build offers for artists, and coordinate with box offices on ticket scaling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in entertainment, marketing, communications, business, or related field
• 3+ years experience in entertainment marketing, live music concerts, or project management
• Experience with building offers, scaling, and routing tours
• Excellent interpersonal skills with previous relationships with artists or management
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Settle shows with artist and venue, collect profits, audit expenses, remit payments
• Negotiate and process contracts to finalize deal points
• Serve as promoter representative and point of contact for artist management during shows
• Manage venue calendar availability and placement of holds for artists and events
• Build offers for artists and venues, create scaling maps for ticket sales
