💼 About This Role

You'll work on The Grid, a factory-scale robotics platform for electronics manufacturing. Your code will optimize robotic path planning and scale web-based tooling for a profitable startup. You'll join a small R&D team solving hard problems across computer vision, ML, and manufacturing execution systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement features in Haskell for The Grid platform
• Optimize robotic path planning algorithms using Z3/MiniZinc
• Build and maintain web-based customer-facing and internal tooling
• Collaborate on computer vision and machine learning pipelines

📋 Requirements

• Strong functional programming skills, ideally Haskell
• Experience with robotics or optimization problems
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and Nix
• Ability to work in a small, fast-paced team

✨ Nice to Have

• Commercial Haskell experience
• Background in computer vision (OpenCV) or ML (PyTorch)
• Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems or ERP
